If too little flats, 2nd timers cannot apply.
If you still kumgong go apply, then they would just eat your $10. So far haven't heard of such cases, the website seems quite clear.

Where the flat supply is less than 20 units and it is unable to meet the demand from first-timer families, only first timer families will be shortlisted within 100% of the flat supply. Thereafter, depending on the computer ballot, there may be second timer families shortlisted.

I thought this means that they let first timer ballot first and if they get chui queue number then let second timer?

I never add..after that the system auto added after like 2 weeks..

you can submit fine but hdb will probably add them in later in..my son is in my current flat as occupier but that was after we already move in and he was born a few months later. back then need to provide the BC to get back 10k extra from sc-pr application.

essential occupier which is needed to form a family nucleus in order to qualify for hdb purchase.

and occupier which is a family member living in the flat, not part of the family nucleus requirement.

What I apply for hfe if I were to add my child in then I need to fill up the employment statues and singpass . Seem it using all this details for the loan amount .

I saw that then I skip..ytd I login and saw my kiddo listed as occupier, so I updated to student

okay, I just called hdb..kids as hfe occupier does not affect anything like future application or grant..they will base on husband and wife listed as applicants.

It is a very reasonable price in today's market. Just like the 4rm going in the north for just above $300k. Comparing my price back in 2017 to now, it felt as though there's zero inflation in the area but resales hitting close to 500k. Not as big a quantum as the other more popular areas but more couples might choose housing based on price rather than location in future.

haha true, I mean the current high resale made it 260k in sbf 2023, though it was actually a 190k 200k 3rm bto in same estate 4yrs ago,
comparing sbf to its bto prices and sengkang/punggol kinda still remote. Though Punggol coast new mrt line will improve connectivity

Though first timer application rate itself quite high for sengkang/punggol sbf, like 7 to 9 rate for 3 to 4 rm flat,
means approx 9 ppl eyeing for 1 flat, must get really lucky to get.
