As expected, Singtel has announced that they will continue showing the EPL through cross-carriage with Starhub. Price reduction some more! $30 off for Ultimate packs and up to $20 off for Value packs!

The only disappointing news is that Singtel's EPL 4K Channel 101 will be removed.

Starhub has advertised showing EPL in 4K, but i guess cross-carriage does not cover that.

StarHub also didn't get the 4K broadcast from Singtel.

In fact, StarHub will only cross carry 4 channels (102 to 105 as they stated as of now). Still not sure how is it going to be arranged.

We wait for the pricing to be announced in June. SH mentioned it will be cheaper than current pricing. So we shall wait and see.

I’ve confirmed with Singtel the following:

1) Although there is a $20-$30 price reduction from June 1, there will be charges to be added on for the cross-carriage EPL to be announced next month.

2) Cross-carriage content will not be available on Singtel TV Go.

I chat with the CS and they still dun have news for termination. I want confirm we can cancel entire SingTel TV without early termination irregardless of contract or not? I want jump to SH….

If you are still currently in a contract, you may choose to terminate your Singtel TV subscription anytime without early termination charges, from 22 May till 30 June 2022.

Just bring the STB, remote and power cable to any of the 4 Singtel Shops

And I remember many years ago when Starhub won the rights to the World Cup package, we as Singtel customers had to sign up at Starhub shops for cross-carriage package as well.

Eh. You mean Singtel? As far as I know, the only time when WC was exclusively acquired was Singtel in 2014. 2010 and 2018 were acquired non-exclusively by all parties.

EURO 2012 was then acquired exclusively by StarHub.
