yeah i just installed miotv and yesterday during epl it was terrible. Had to wait 1 hr before the picture and sound was ok. Even then there were intermittent stutterings and pauses.

get them to check your line?

does it really improve the pic quality?? ysd mio stadium 103-107 the pic quality is like vcd quality~~ pixelated zzzz~~

i can request for them to get the 2nd line?? any hidden charges? lol

Just want a quick check if anyone still experience the picture freezing or voice stuttering issues yesterday night during the BPL matches, especially on HD MiO Stadium?

i had picture freezing problems sometime back but was resolved after i restarted the aztech modem. mine is a separate line from my 8mbps. no extra cost for it tho.

2nd line wil be completely free for miotv if yr broadband is 8mbps n above.

Go watch other channel like HD5, We tv HD etc; if no problem then its the channel.

I still have some intermittent picture freeze and voice shuttering on HD5 and HD MiO Stadium, ESPN and ESPN Star Sports. Occasionally, I will also experience loud/soft volume issue too.

I only subscribe to BPL+Champions League+ESPN package from SingTel and I do not have a SingTel broadband (still thinking if to subscribe or not, not still sure will it be better or worse than StarHub).

Since most still have these issues, I will wait for a month later than report to SingTel again if problem still persist.

I do not have a camera now but need to ask where to screenshot as I am not good with MiO setup yet....sorry for the silly questions... When I got hold of one, I can do that straight away..

Just changed to v6 for some reason, seems its less configurable and they moved the mio STB to grab IP from LAN DHCP. Now my PCs keep getting multicast packets every few seconds

anyone knows what the hell is wrong with my mio tv? i tried restarting the modem and the set top box as told by the singtel ppl. but now no matter what channel i watch, it hangs after like a couple of seconds. it used to be only the hd channels.

i'm assuming you're using homeplugs? if yes, do a reset on the comtrend... youtube to see how... if still same, post your linestats here...
