Okay. But it doesn't allow me to see past or future events, so if anyone if it has been broadcasting all events please let me know. Thanks.

The onscreen guide also purge schedule as soon as over. Going forward also only to 22-Oct available, I believe same as the online schedule I linked you to.

Anyway, there is a UFC 153 LIVE Silva vs Bonnar on Sun 14-Oct 10am and repeat that very night I can't remember but around 11pm thereabout both on Channel 414.

I have wanted to subscribe to mioTV since 2 years back for EPL. I like the idea of no set top box rental and no starter pack bullsh!t, which are just tricks to jack up prices.

But for 2 years, SingTel insisted on charging for running a phone wire from the DP to my living room. It is the shortest and the easiest way to run a phone wire to the TV. The DP in the riser is just on the other side of the wall to the TV. Just run a short wire and then drill a small hole in the wall. The alternative free method is to run a wire from the existing phone socket on the sofa side and then over to the TV side. This is no go for me.

To my surprise, after 2 years, they offer this free when I was approached in a shopping mall in July. So I signed up.

Then recently, I received a letter from Mr. Toh Da Sheng, Head sales and Marketing, mio TV.

So I called.

Me: Hello, I have a question. I signed up for mioTV Combo Pack about 2 months ago at $29.90 with first 3 months at 50% off and no rental for set top box. I was told I would have Champions League but now do not have because of content re-packing, no problem. If I want to include channels 111, 112, 113 and Goal TV, will I have to pay rental for set top box?

1609: Sir, if you change content now you will have to pay $4.90 for the set top box rental.

Me: But my contract is only 2 months now and no rental fee for 12 months.

1609: Sir, may I know your name?

Me: My name is <name>.

1609: As long as you change content you will have to start paying set top box rental. What is your full name I can check what is your current package.

Me: Don't bother. If this is what you say then thank you and bye bye.

I never believe in paying for set top box rental and never believe that I must pay for a starter pack before I can subscribe for the sports that I only want. This is why I have never subscribe to StarHub TV.

And now SingTel set top box rental. What next?

Some interesting inforamtion I found:

Hmm... StarHub to SingTel.

Damn, this MIO TV is taking so long to activate my Family+. Their sales called me one day before the preview ended and offered me the Family+ for $14.90 or something. Until now still not yet activated.
