I sign up for the 10mbps mio Home last year. Was wondering is it possible to get a upgrade to Family+ package?

Currently this is my package and i'm eligible for recontract on Apr 2014
Family Channels - BTV
Family Channels - SVOD

If you are "upgrading"(paying more $$) for your package,u can do it anytime.:o

Lets say if I recontract my existing 50mbps fibre miohome to the 100mbps as advertised, what will happen to my existing free 30gb 1mbps mobile bb bundled with the previous plan?

It might be ceased and replaced with a new mobile broadband 21mbps with 1GB bundled data

I now on ADSL mio home + 2 mio tv set-top box. So total they gave me 3 phonelines, 2 for tv and 1 for internet. If i upgrade to 100mbps fibre bundle, my mio tv will become fibre or remain as ADSL?

Fibre 100mbps bundle comprise of miotv, so your miotv box will be receiving its source from the fibre termination point. No longer an ADSL.

i do not intend to watch mio tv at all as i have starhub tv and my phone point is far from my tv set. my question is if i am paying more than i should? my mio tv box is sittig in a corner. they charge extra only if u subscribe to their mio channels? thanks

Mioplan comprise of broadband, mobile line and home line.
Your miotv may not be part of the bundle.
Need to check on your miotv contract and contents subscribed. Best to call 1688 for assistance.

Depends on whether your mioTV is standalone or part of bundle, you will need to return miotv box, remote control and power adapter to designated hello shop or singpost outlets.

It takes about 3 working days from date of return, but you need to aware if there are any contract for your contents or bundle. You can call 1688 to check.

Am currently involved in a closed trial for Singtel's new Wireless Home Bridge.

This may be the new successor to the Ruckus Wireless or Comtrend Powerline Adapters......

It's a pair of Aztech WB210-Z (IEEE 802.11a/n 5GHz 3T3R Wireless Video Bridge).

1 is connected to my Asus AC66U and the other is connected to my Mio TV Set Top Box. Very good so far and no glitches:D
