Hey bro, should you require, I can take pic of all the packs for you to check against
Thanks justmeasures for the suggestion, we shall consider that next time on a case-to-case basis. If the insistence is to have a full refund, I think we have a no-case here. To be honest, nanoblock boxes do warp overtime even when not stacked. Scotchtape do trap dust at the edges over time, but nothing too tough to clean up with some scotchtape and alcohol.
I will not be trying to debate/argue who's right or wrong here, but just attaching the email conversation so that it gives both sides of the story (all contact, account no, addresses have been masked) I think it is only just to have both sides of the story.

We will send your order back by registered mail, just to be sure it reaches your doorstep.
Wah... I am...so damn disappointed.

As a seller and buyer myself...
1. There is NO reason for opening the box to check the content.
What content is there to check? What is sealed, is meant to be sealed. If there are missing stuffs inside, it then becomes the factory issue. Then seller/buyer will have to accept it as their luck. If seller decides to open it, he/she will be responsible for noticing the buyer it's not longer "Brand New". Otherwise, it is the buyer's luck of a factory defect. And "Brand New" is NOT subjective. Brand new is Sealed/Unused/Perfect condition unless otherwise mentioned in the deal or description.
2. There is also NO argument of rough handling blame to postman if buyer has specified it to be well protected and paid additional fee on top of it.
If seller have opted for envelope, it can be subjective.. But if seller have opted for carton, then No. Carton packaging is meant to protect the items from rough handling and as such newspapers/airbags/crushed paper/bubble wraps are meant to be placed around to protect the item. No seller should use a box carton that's just fitting to send something that already specifically mentioned to be protected.
And....
Right now most of my sets are still BNIB, there still are no warping issue just yet even on this Rila sets. And even on the few sets that I have kept outside stacking on top of each other, no dust (on the tape)/warp/crush.
To add on to the tape, I am pretty sure Brand New Nanoblock boxes do not actually come with scotch tapes like that. It's usually rounded..(or at least I have never seen one yet!)
As a seller, it's only your duty to keep the box as new as possible regardless of its age. If it aged or warped due to time, it is seller's responsibility to inform the buyer when it's obviously a collectible. And if the box already came slightly dented from the supplier, it's only the seller's luck. It should be in no way be pushed to the buyer to accept as "Oh, it already came like that when we got it from the supplier". These are simple seller ethics.. Or at least a kind of ethic I believe seller should have.
In Lego world, 1 crease on the box can mean S$100-500 difference on its value.
(Sorry to have to bring Lego out as example but I believe it falls under the same collectible category..)

Though, I think end day I would just say forget it. It's a waste of time and resource to argue. I believe all of us have eyes to see, and mind to think, and there is A LOT of collectors here. And I believe an amount of sales from came from words of mouth from a couple of us here.
All I think might be left to say is, "Sure, you can choose not to action on anything and insist on being such a seller. End day, you might just be damaging your reputation. Good day."
[Edit]
By the way, if boxes are opened, flattened and repacked back for transportation purpose from supplier/seller, it's only right to mention it during the sale because it's not original seal anymore. And perhaps there is a way, but I have never able to open up a box without leaving any crease on them... But may just only be me......
