while waiting for SBF (NOV 2016) appointment, can i still apply for the latest BTO (Feb 2017) ???

Once the ballot number is out for SBF and if I am not within the Q number.
I thought of applying for BTO as well.

Best to lose 1 than 2 and wait for MAY/AUG/NOV 2017

Yes higher chance.
But, that does not mean you will get better number.

It is similar to buying set of 8 for toto.
Higher chance, but no guarantee will win money.

i got question. if our income changes after we apply HLE. can we ask for review? because that will mean we will be getting lesser hdb loan right if we only have the old payslips.

Yes in a way. Just request for a review, hdb will send u a letter requesting for the latest payslips.

3. ballot result will be out in Feb 2017

Did a Google search and saw that for 2015 nov SOBF someone got their results only on 25 feb.. hope that it is earlier for us this year.. wait till neck long long liao

My gf told me ytd after work, got letter from HDB. I told her letter inform us application received nia. Eh how you know? Cos we got many more at home!

May 2016 SBF. cut off date was 30 may. their results were out on 12 August. and Nov 2016 BTO got their results on 12 Jan. So anything is possible *fingers crossed*

And normally will receive letter about 2 weeks before results out.

Apply few more rounds and you get immune to the waiting
