Wah so fast ah! Mine took around a week plus for the whole process. my husband is self employed so they asked for extra documents etc, and they rejected cause they said we didn't save enough money zz. So we had to go down and show them our bank statements. Then wait again for 2 days then finally approved.
So ya i hope hdb will extend it. So troublesome haha

Yeah must reapply as u need it for the selection date. As for my hle, mine approve on the very day I applied.

Ya i think mainly is waiting for the grant to be approved. But apparently can keep writing in to chase them lol.

yess.. i also cant wait..

Should be able to move in this year.
After selecting of flat, within 4 months can sign the least agreement and collect keys (if flats are completed)

Hey ppl, my appt date for sbw is on 19 May. Just to check can i appeal to get the keys soon but i understand it may take up to 4 mths to get the 2nd appt (Key collection). I am hoping to get the 2nd appt after 1 -2 mths. Reason for getting the key soon: I'm looking to get the house renovated before my wedding on oct this year. haha

Hope u guys can share any way to expedite the process. Thanks :)

Correct me if I'm wrong but the second appointment is signing the lease and third appointment is key collection. I think the earliest u can get the keys could be year end or early 2018 even u go for those almost completed flats. Don u feel overwhelming to deal both the Reno and wedding preparations around the same period :o

For SBW most projects are completed and keys ready/ will be ready for collection. For these, signing the lease will be the same date as collection of keys. HDB website also states that in their timeline.

Sorry not on PC not sure how to paste hyperlink on mobile. :D

No I did not. I upload the docs after I got the approval. Maybe it was approved quickly because my Wife is not working at the moment.

Oh cos mine asked for 3 months of income docs as well as 15 month CPF contribution history. So thought it was normal.

Yeah I was very surprised my hle was approved without submitting the income docs. maybe if both the couple working, the hle might take time to be approved. Looks like it's going to a stressful period for me in selecting the right unit and plan the theme for my house :o

Ha so lucky wor. My husband and i working also took so long :(

Hahaha mine also a bit weird. Cause I applied last week of March, then the docs requested were payslips from Jan to Mar so both of us have to wait until we get our Mar payslips before we can proceed. :(

Lol mine too.. didn't have the payslip yet so they told me to just write a letter. But in the end they also didn't actually open my bank statements to view. Hope they will check properly this round. Cannot imagine if appointment is very near and hle not approved yet.. sure heart attack :s22:

Anyways, my queue number is 3, we are looking at Kallang Trivista 5 rm.
But till date, there is no appointment date, originally, they said that its tentatively in May.

If I counted correctly, there are about 40 4-rm units in Bukit Batok that are completed or near completion (target 3Q/2018). Assuming that the prices of every unit are affordable to every applicant and the drop out rate is 20%, anyone with queue numbers >50 should be prepared to select the projects that are completed only in 2019 or 2020, or start looking at resale.
