Yeah I also found out thru here. The only time I receive SMS is telling me the appointment date is approaching.

But anyways. I think now should be safe to apply. Valid for 6 months right? I am in the midst of applying, pending March payslip. So gotta wait till me and hubby both get our payslips lol.

The HLE will last for 6 months, so as long you are able to produce the letter out during your selection, it's fine.

The HLE will last for 6 months, so as long you are able to produce the letter out during your selection, it's fine.

Should be able to move in this year.
After selecting of flat, within 4 months can sign the least agreement and collect keys (if flats are completed)

My HLE expires in May too... if need to bring HLE for signing agreement den need to reapply issit? But I rmb that HLE took very fast to process right?? Mine just took like a few days... or is it different for u guys?

Yeah must reapply as u need it for the selection date. As for my hle, mine approve on the very day I applied.

Don't worry, they will trigger you to renew HLE when they need it. You need a valid HLE for signing of Agreement to lease.
