If we haven't received our invitation package yet, but selection already started will we still be able to see last q no. of the day?

You can call HDB @ 1800 866 3066 and choose the following option
learn more about applying for a new flat (Should be option 2 on the main menu) --> information on the last queue number served for the day (Option 3). You will need to key in your NRIC and application number to find out the last queue number.

Hi thanks for the info. However, I am aware that you can call and ask, but was just wondering if we haven't received the invitation package can we still view the last q no of the day. In BTO if i'm not wrong all applicants in a certain estate will receive their packages at the same time. But don't think this is the case for SBF.

I know that in normal circumstances we are able to go to MyHDBPage, click on our Ref no., scroll all the way down to see last served number of the day. Then again, nothing in SBF is normal is it?

Based on my previous experience with the May 2016 SBF, we only got our invitation package and see the last queue number on MyHDB very close to our appointment date (prob 1-2 weeks in advance). Calling is a lot more efficient. And its an automated call so you don't really need to speak to anyone.

Sorry when is the best time to call? Understand that last appointments can be as late as 6plus or 7 plus if i'm not wrong. Is it a 24 hour hotline?

You can call any time. It's a 24 hour automated hotline. They will update the last queue number scheduled for the day at the strike of midnight. It doesn't really matter what time the last appointment is. But you may want to check the units available for selection at night (after all the selection for the day) to determine which are the units remaining.

Hehe you like the area? i'm looking at the jurong point unit or else one of the Teban garden's unit don't quite like the yungho area as i saw that they will be closing down superbowl soon im taking 3 rooms as well

good morning megpet yes there 1 unit next to jurong point n mrt super convenient but very high price ley yung ho my friend encourage me to get is because the lake district park completing soon n superbowl were gv way to new development on that plot of land.

It may be different for my case because my queue number was way over the number of flats available and I only got the appointment date at the very end. I actually only got my appointment date 2-3 weeks in advance

Dont worry, I have been doing that since end of March. (since HDB stated the tentative start date for selection is in April). Hahahaha
Maybe an easier way is for you to bookmark the "Flats Available for Selection" page (that's what I did ). Once you see that the flats you applied for start turning red, you should be able to login and see your invitation package already

I already bookmark that page le hahaha! I keep clicking the blocks i want to ensure no units turn red hahaha
