Hahaha.. I'm glad I'm not the only crazy one...

I too made an excel sheet wayy before we were even given a queue no..
but not the full list. SBW has too many (887 units for 4 rm). x_x

Then after I got my queue no. (which is super super bad).. I just had to count the bad units (based on my preference).
I made the "doe wan" list!! (i.e. windows facing west and on 2nd floor, have not included units whose walls or what faced west).

Damn sad to find out that it took up 40 %. There's more to add but I got lazy and I didn't want to be further disappointed.. xDD

If the drop out rate is low, I might end up living in the "doe wan" list..

Maybe now I have to make an excel sheet to calculate drop out rate XD

I remembered that I've read one blog, however I can't find it anymore.
The blogger also made an excel file to tabulate how many was invited in a day, yet how many have made booking everyday.
Normally it's 10pax was invited in a day.
She came up with 40-50% dropout rate!
If I remembered correctly, she was aiming for punggol or sengkang area.
But I forgot how many years did that blog existed, I try to find back k

all the crazies together, hahahah. 887 units?! holy crap. mine (CCK 5-room) 61 units. lol still can do. unfortunately i dont have much to choose from. i just dont wanna face other units only. the distance is actually very close as compared to just looking at the site plan.
