Do anyone know if the grant for SBF goes according to time of project launched or time of SBF launched?

so you sign up for SBF and then can select ANY units ( that one is eligible ? ), which means who has the better Q # will have a better chance of getting a better unit ?

Also price from SBF is more ex than BTO right?

When you apply for SBF, you will need to select the area and flat type (2-room, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room, etc.) in your application.
From there when the ballot results are released, it will be based on your queue number. So better queue number will mean a higher chance of getting the unit you want. Not necessarily a "better unit", cos not everyone's ideal unit are the same.

From I noticed, the price had increase by 10k from BTO to SBF.

Do the grant follow the 2012 grant system or 2016 system?

erm grant is based on ur past 11/12(i cant remember which one) months income from the date that u applied for the sbf.

It should follow the year you applied for the SBF; hence 2016.

If you are not referring to income but the changes to AHG and SHG quantum in 2013, the SBF exercise follows the post-2013 standard.

For SBF, HDB will be launching a new sales system on top of the current SBF.

Personally i call it the SBF of SBF. Details not really clear yet but what I read it to be is that this SBF of SBF, you will not need to choose any estate or HDB type at point of application, you just apply and you will be given a queue number in a common pool. After which you choose whichever estate and type (3, 4 or 5 room) u fancy.

So i'm not really sure if you are referring to this or not. The current SBF system definitely requires you to decide an estate and house type at the point of application.

I think today no Cck 4RM. My selection is tomorrow. Saw a lot of couples recce the units over the weekends

i think you misunderstood. what he meant was that we will fall under the 2015 grant. not 2012. so we will get the higher amount of grant.

Anyways, it's been confirmed. the moment flat selection starts and you log in to myhdbpage, you will be able to see last queue number of the day. regardless whether you have received the invitation package or not.

yea flat selection is not consecutive days. mine today last q number is 8 was quite surprised. thought normally is 5 hahha
