The reason why i chose 3rm was cause I didn't want a huge portion of my salary to go to installments. I dont really want any huge changes in my lifestyle even after having my own flat.
But then again, after seeing the 3rm size i was contemplating whether i should take 4rm instead. But in the end i dont think i can tahan waiting again for the next sobf so 3rm it is! Lol

If do part by part, it's troublesome. Depending on the works done (smelly), messy, and have to spend money on protection.

At least get basics done I guess.

My plan is perhaps renovation first.. furniture slowly..

Wen to ssrr my future home in sbw....went to the top floor of Blk 107b and The view facing the forested area is fantastic.

nice!! u aiming eastbrook? lots of units there can face the forest/sea view.

I think I will go to see the area in May/June. I am currently living far away from sbw.

Last time I went to see was around Aug (or was it before Aug?) last year. Only 119A fence was down at that time.

Yeah aiming eastbrook. Eastcrown,eastwave,eastbrook,east bank most of the fences down. can go up the blk. Got ppl already moved in. Don Noe how they can stay there with 95% of the Blk empty :s22:

But if i want to appeal due to changes in financial status? when can i appeal for the grant? On the first appointment or after i rece my grant?bpls advise thanks

Erm u apply for grant during the first appt right.. i think if u already applied and wana appeal, better to call hdb instead
