Well it really depends on the date available at the registry.
If u log in now to register, u can only get a date after two weeks

On the day of ROM u will get cert after the signing. No other process

According to a friend who just got married last weekend.
She was telling me about this,
1) Register on ROM website
2) Earliest date to sign paper is 21 days later
3) That day itself after signing, you can take the marriage cert already.

I also not 100% sure, but I will be doing this.. just signing ROM first then wedding few years later.

Yup, what Isha said. But please ensure that the date that you want to ROM is available. Better to book in advance because dates and times are filled up quickly. A few days before solemnisation, you have to go down to ROM for statutory sompah. that's all. haha.

The sompah quite funny one. Do enjoy. :D

oh noez.. hope still have decent ones!!
if dont have.. hope other people select! the penalty is quite a pain..

pray that may sbf also have plenty of good units to select from for u to apply too.

but cant imagine the queue system.. the length of the queue no. will be huge and it's a bit harder to track or keep updated on selection progress/rates (like what we are doing now)..

I see my sengkang until damn stress. Anyone knows how long will it take to get the keys after first appointment ?

Selection done. Took around 30mins. The grant approval and collection of keys will be within 3/4 months according to the person. All the best to you too!

I had mine approved in a couple of hours, without even submitting any updated income documents. I had one approved before, which was about 1.5 years back.

Was pretty shocked to see it "approved" so quickly, and triple checked to make sure that there wasn't anything I was missing. Which eventually, it really did check out as a legit "Approved" for my HLE.

Ohhhhhh. Probably cause you already applied before. Mine is first time application.

Anyways, now already 330pm and only 3 units selected. Hopefully some dropped out. Wheeee!!!!
