My area only 61 flats & my number is 7x. LOL.
If the dropout rate remains, I might have 15+ units to choose?
But not my ideal flats :(

Hahahaha, ikr. all of the units in my "good" list have been taken too :(
I have changed my excel to take note of units that have not been taken up based on SBF May 2016 & SBF Nov 2016. So I can roughly guess which ones would be available on SBF May 2017.
Yes, I think I am the next level crazy here :s13:

OMG!!! I'm so happy for u!!!!!! Which of Quad/Mirage/Colours did u choose?!?!? Congrats on being a homeowner!!!!!! I dunno why but I'm like so happy!!!!!!!

Now I know, for completed flats.. 3-4 mths for grant approval and collections of keys haha.

I see. Thank you for the update! Not sure if i will even get to select though as I do not have a good number. You must be one of the lucky few to get a good number with a selection date that falls in early may. Good luck and hope that you can get the unit of your choice :)
