Seems like EastWave is quite popular ~
So far 6 units has selected out of the 8, means 2 drop out?
They close shop at 6 or 7?
I remember reading some previous SBF threads which mentioned last selection for the day was at 7 if i am not wrong.

For SBW 4 room, it looks like 4 ppl drop out cuz I see 4 units has been booked out of 8 invited queues

The selection just started couple days back right? So presume the numbers are still small and yet there is already such a high drop out rate!
Makes me wonder if the recent grant adjustment has swayed applicants to purchase resale instead?
I sincerely hope this trend also appears in the town I balloted.

Hi Keith, it was a mistake on my part. At this moment in time only 2 have dropped out. But if there is an appointment at 7pm then I might be wrong again. Best time to tell would probably be at 8pm.

Apologies for any misleading info. It was purely conjecture at my end.

Selection for 4 room just started today. But average SBF drop out is about 20%. Some estates hovering close to 30% for now.

was that one of your preferred choices?

Yah siol
Actually I did up an excel sheet abt a month ago where I separated it by block, level and stack
Then I colored the taken ones in red and available in green and did a count of the green cells in my selection
Later go home I update then upload somewhere

*its only for eastwave 4 room

Haha you can just select "Booked" flats and see from there. :)

Haha oh yeah. Silly me. I mislook that function. XD

Sigh 2 drop only. At first was like wow.. keep up that rate of 50% dropout pls!

Hdb should really just send the invitation package to everyone from the start. Its digital copy. Why the need to do in batches?!

No worries. I suppose like you everyone hope numbers before them will start dropping like flies.
Ultimately this will probably be the biggest investment for many of us and everyone dreams of the perfect home.
Iniatially my spouse had really strict criteria like above 5th level, > 4 bus stops to MRT, not facing rubbish chute etc etc.
Right now we just can't wait, even the most dreaded west sun will be considered.
Commoners like us pay exorbitant prices of 400K up just to get a roof over our heads and we can't be too choosy. Life..

Yea all of us hope for as many people to drop out as possible. :s13:

The waiting time is simply too long to afford to be choosy or fussy, unless you are not in a hurry then yea, but for most of us I guess anything goes. Which area did you apply for btw?
