From what I observe for the remaining 4rms in AMK and Clementi.. Either the flats are too expensive (4rm clementi ave 4, level 36, 580k, keys ready), low floor unit left , too old repossessed flats (>35 years), ethnic quota (might not have enough ethnic friends to make up the short fall) .. These left over flats might not be taken up... So moving on to other estates already...

the ones in Pasir Ris not bad wor. I quite like it.

Seems like this is the last batch of balance flats before they start implementing the new system, hence the lesser supplies. My first time applying SBF and it had to be this round :s22:

Anybody got any appointment date for Kallang/Whampoa yet?

Yup, these estates total units available all double digits, after this should be Bishan if I'm not wrong. Bishan only has 3 units available.

Still unable to identify the common trait for those in April yet.

yup.. the rp flats in paris ris looks quite good.. the executive apartment is huge man 146sqm, lease commencement 1994..

Not Kallang/Whampoa but just across the street at Tin Pei Ling's territory@ Macpherson.. . Which flats you're eyeing...? (st george, mcnair, boon keng)..?

grew up around this area and the resale flat price after MUP is insane (>.<)... look at Jellicoe road (@ ICA opposite lavender MRT station...) flats prices after MUP...

Nope, flats in Bishan still available. 2 2-room and 1 4-room. And I don't think they will remove once selection has completed, instead they will display"All flats have been selected" next to it.

Don't know if its true. it could be repossessed flat due to illegal money lending.

Oh okay. Thought I saw bishan appear briefly few weeks back.

Im also waiting for kallang/whampoa's. No indication on when it will start but im not optimistic about getting called up for flat selection. Seems like st george's flats r still rather far away from completion.

My ballot number's pretty blah but was hoping for that oooone trivista unit but doubt can get. At this point, actually any of the flats there is good enough! And yah forget about the resales really.. prices quite insane.. except for Whampoa though.. good location, kind of cheap pricing but I guess not so convenient.

29. Think no chance for mast. At first only want mast. But after comparing, mast price about 50k to 100k more than other area haha. Now if no mast unit then don't mind other area since cheaper and after viewing feels not bad. The new flats all quite nice design.

I think they removed some. Like I don't see AMK & Clementi 5 rooms anymore.
I'm pretty sure it used to be listed there!

Me too 4 room punggol! Still considering if Damai waterway brooks is a good option besides cascadia. 1 lrt stop away so pretty convenient. Hassle to walk to cascadia when raining coz no shelter, unless take lrt 2 stops also.

Today progress

1)Queenstown 5 room - 4 units selected
2)Pasir Ris 4 room - 2 units selected
3)Pasie Ris 2 room - 1 unit selected (i think so)

At this rate think next week Toa payoh and Queenstown will select concurrently.. And it seems like they like to add new estates in on Monday

Ahh your statement made me look back. i recalled i took a screenshot. And you are right ! And so was Knight. Bishan was also there. So it seems like no one selected the flats ? Or what?
