Hahaha mine also a bit weird. Cause I applied last week of March, then the docs requested were payslips from Jan to Mar so both of us have to wait until we get our Mar payslips before we can proceed.

Mine approved without payslips.
Got sms on approval like.... 2 days after getting it submitted

If I counted correctly, there are about 40 4-rm units in Bukit Batok that are completed or near completion (target 3Q/2018). Assuming that the prices of every unit are affordable to every applicant and the drop out rate is 20%, anyone with queue numbers >50 should be prepared to select the projects that are completed only in 2019 or 2020, or start looking at resale.

Thing is not every applicant is aiming completed / completing soon units. Various people with various backgrounds with stories of their own. Some might want to drag as long as possible. Some may only want specific projects be it completed in 2020 or what. So it really depends.

Hi Celine, u need not to ask ah pok of the queue no. As you will get even much disappointment later on. His/her queue no is single digit my dear.. confirm he will get those already completed units.

why don't you go down and recce the place ? some say the mrt noise just becomes white noise after a while. depends on your tolerance level.

Lolz ours also all stated to start selection apr 17... but i got may... so yrs might be delayed too
