the PS5 will come with only 664GB of usable space. that's quite pathetic.

Nah, not really surprising.

People should just keep their expectations in check given these new consoles comes with a fast SSD at $399/$499.

It's expensive.

same. getting it for gt7 and fifa. will u be getting a wheel?

Actually fifa i can play on PC but i cant keep shifting my dekstop from study to living room LOL. even if i want to get a 10m HDMI 2.1 cable, it's not avaialble yet.

For the wheel, yes man still looking around... leaning towards Next Level Racing wheel stand as the base...

Yay, for unifying control scheme. No need to switch mind and muscle memory between PC and PS5.

PS5 Confirm Button Will Be X Instead of O for Asia
https://mp1st.com/news/ps5-confirm-button-will-be-x-instead-of-o-for-asia

I would ràther they set O as confirm for worldwide rather than the other way round.

Since day one from original PS it's been set this way. It's just that when launching in US some smart alex executive in US division decided it's a good idea to change it to X and because of that all generations of PS followed it.

That smart alex obviously didn't think things through when making such decisions and we players have to suffer the consequences. :(

One look and it’s not 60fps alr. Godfall is their launch title right?

I think games on PS5 will likely have options for users to set either performance mode or quality mode. The formal targeting constant 60/120 fps with lesser graphics effects and res, and the latter higher res and/or better graphics details.

PC has been doing it for like decades, even with the likes of RTX 2080Ti.

Sony's advantage this launch is the success of PS1 to PS4. They are riding on that to sell the PS5 - the complete sell-out of launch units is a clear testament to that. Otherwise, I agree with you that Sony should have released more PS5 information by now.

For me, I'm not fussed about things like the UI, or whether the cold boot for PS5 is faster / slower than Xbox Series X. I do want to know the following though:

- Is there a Quick Resume function where I can quickly swop between a few games stored in memory?

- For big PS4 titles like TLOU2 or GoT, do I have to buy a separate PS5 version (like say Spiderman) or will there be a free upgrade (like Cyberpunk)?

- Does the PS4 PSVR work with PS5?

well. if they wanna showcase next gen console, they have to showcase something new and smooth 60fps. for people to care about because we know there's no cross save and questionable backward combability. plus no free upgrade.

since Sony/Microsoft are always pushing for the next generation graphics and performance, this is a good time to showcase it.

if it is performing this way they might as well not show it. Same goes for Halo Infinite. That game is fugly AF, they even dare to show it. still end the trailer with some WWE-level promo dude talking to himself~ :s22:

1) most likely there will be
2) apparently first party titles will not get free upgrade
3) Most likely since it's an expensive equipment

we are about 1-month to the release. no cross save, no free upgrade.

very exciting~
