From this blog Singapore IPOs: Far East Hospitality Trust

Projected 6% yield based on 93c IPO price. Not sure how to calculated an accurate expected CD for last quarter. Cannot just 1/4 x 6% x 0.93 right? Haha

hokay, u just reminded me
the best prace to see reits info ish the reitdata brog riao

FE-HTrust : IPO Prospectus ; DPU : FY12 = 2.32ct (Forecast Period 1-Aug-12 to 31-Dec-12 ; Entitlement only from Listing Date) / FY13 = 5.83ct ; Yield : FY12 = 5.99% / FY13 = 6.27% ; Gearing = 30.5% ; NAV = $0.93 ; Listing on 27-Aug-12 2pm

so for full 5 months ish 152 days
152 days get 0.0232
126 days (listing 27 Aug to 31 Dec) get 0.019232

Let's see on Wed zhun anot

I have some saizen
thinking to buy more

Bought more today at 0.188 :)

I think the price fall is greatly due to the sudden drop of Japanese Yen. My average purchase price for this counter is still below 0.15. If it drops below 0.18 I'll accumulate more :D

I like the fact the Yen is finally dropping like poo :D

The current average house price in Japan is same as its 1981 level. Japanese have always believed the Yen is a better store of value than houses.

A stir away from this firm belief and moving back into real assets will ultimately benefit Japanese property owners after 20 years of stagnation.
