Not necessary. Indonesia also got earthquakes. First reit got hospitals there.
It is just that Japan is densely populated and the damage is usually high.....

Bought more today at 0.188

I think the price fall is greatly due to the sudden drop of Japanese Yen. My average purchase price for this counter is still below 0.15. If it drops below 0.18 I'll accumulate more

I like the fact the Yen is finally dropping like poo

The current average house price in Japan is same as its 1981 level. Japanese have always believed the Yen is a better store of value than houses.

A stir away from this firm belief and moving back into real assets will ultimately benefit Japanese property owners after 20 years of stagnation.
