This should be the last REIT/Trust that has announced their date of results.

10 May: Saizen (before 9am)

Is it good to buy more suntec now?

with the current renovations, future prospects, etc. i'll say its quite safe to load some now.

plus, if i'm not wrong, its paying out dividends soon, cause its CD on sgx.

just bought 10 minutes ago.

but don't take my word for it! i'm new to all these! ;)

Noob qn, I buy the stocks between CD and XD date, will I be entitle to the dividend?

You got an interesting question. What do you mean by between?:s22:
Anyway if you buy before or on CD period you will get the current dividends. If you buy on XD or after you will get the next coming dividends provided you don't sell.

Where do you find arrears? Isit in B/S?

I'm sure you can find the info in the results announcement slides or press release.

SG Reit was awarded a rent increase by the court backdated to June 2011 so Toshin paid back the arrears for June 2011-Dec 2012 earlier this year. This will be distributed together with this quarter's distribution but as this is a one off event, it should not be taken into consideration when calculating yield.
