Current yield on cost is slightly above 9. Hopefully will reach 10 in the coming quarter with the near full redemption and positive rental revision...

FCOT 1.99 cents DPU, up big from last quarter but at the current trading price of 1.535, it's around 5.1% yield. Price already moved beyond compelling range IMO.

5 is still okay... Many blue chips are at 4 plus percent liao..
