Yes, this is a very good plan for seniors.

Myself not yet qualified ...
Any idea on the number of lines we can sign with Singtel alone?

Tried to Google but keep on reading about the new 10 max overall rule instead.

May need to appeal to IMDA to allow Seniors plans, who are current ST subscribers, to convert their plans.
There is always an alternative which is SingTel Hi! 4G $5 Senior postpaid plan. No need to be MNO ST Senior Plan which offer less attractive package as compare to its alternative despite being 5G.

5G+ Singtel Senior Plan
- $6 /mth
- Unlimited outgoing call
- 340GB of local data
- 6GB of MY roaming data
- 500 sms
- Free Caller ID
- 12 month contract
- required PAssion Silver Concession Card

4G SingTel Hi! Senior Plan
- $5 /mth
- 300 min outgoing call
- 200GB of local data
- 200GB of MY, TH & ID roaming data
- Up to 100 IDD mins: 9 destinations
- 50 SMS
- Free Caller ID
- No Contract

The old SG60 offer: yes, you have to renew after 12 month, if not the price goes up a lot. And it is for seniors 66 years old and above

The new one -- no such terms and conditions already. It is for seniors at 60 years old and above. The catch, it is only for new users or port-in. You also need to be careful about the excessive data usage.

If you are not sure, please confirm with Singtel.

New Singtel 5G Senior Plan

Terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions
The offer is exclusive for new and existing Singtel Mobile customers who are signing up or porting-in a new line. Exclusively for Seniors, age 60 and above. Only one Senior promotional line sign up per NRIC.

Using Speedtest, connected to the same server: SingTel, location East side of Singapore, indoor test from my house.

Not sure is it due to A56 thus getting lower 5G SA speed but it’s quite surprising.

Samsung A56 connected to SingTel 5G SA under Main SingTel $15.28 plan.

iPhone 17 Pro connected to M1 5G SA under MNVO M1 MAXX $12 plan.

IMHO.
I would say Singtel get rather congested at times especially crowded places.

It all depends on the locations. You may get higher speed from either M1/StarHub 5G network or SingTel 5G network.

In terms of speed, my top 5G SA speed on the Poco X7 Pro was from M1 Maxx.

Just did the tests at home (Jurong West area, near to Jurong Point) comparing SingTel SIM Only S$15.28 per month plan versus StarHub Prepaid S plan (S$3 per month special Happy Prepaid Card migration offer, usual price at S$10 per month)

You can see StarHub Prepaid S plan 5G SA speed is better in this case.

On the other hand, top 5G SA download speed and top 5G NSA download speed I know of are all from SingTel network and both are using Singtel 5G+ Priority Plan.

All in all it depends on the location, timing, the plan and the phone.

1) Top 5G SA speed reported, reported by a Facebook group, Singtel 5G+ Priority plan, not so sure which phone.

2. Top 5G NSA speed, reported in this forum, Google Pixel 9 phone, Singtel 5G+ Priority plan

IMHO.
Maybe times have change, like not many 4-digits download and 3-digits upload speedtest. :ROFLMAO:
