if is me, yes. i can do it anytime at my own pace. You don't understand. You can't even wait 3 days for a Yes or No?
We noticed when more people asked their CSO about 1528, more people started getting rejected as well.
Just submit and wait. The reply will definitely come in, whether accept or reject. Simple as that.
btw this $15.28 (last time $20+) started is to retain their existing customers due to the competitive market. We noticed when more people asked their CSO about 1528, more people started getting rejected as well.
Just recontracted on older SOP plan, received the contract today after submitting yesterday, 01 JULY 2026.No such reports recently.
Indeed this is the way to go.
I just get the S$15.28 recontract order accepted and the new contract will start tomorrow 3 July 2026.
Existing contract was supposed to expire on 13 August 2026. Usually I would click the recontract link only in late July or early August (one or two weeks before contract expire date).
This time I wanted to do it a bit earlier since I have decided to give up on Singtel Fibre (since Feb 2012) and switched to M1, because Singtel is very stubborn and did not want to give me the recontract offer I wanted. In case they rejected the S$15.28 recontract order, I would then ditch Singtel mobile as well. That did not happen though.
Already stated clearly don't go and WhatsApp, you the kind that spoil market and purposely go and bring this up.u dun understand..... it is frustrating to wait for reply/answer.
if urgent, i would rather whatapps singtel for straight answers....it's free and that's the benefit of being singtel user. lol
and u can just enquire without recontract-ing also.
You still don't understand...btw this $15.28 (last time $20+) started is to retain their existing customers due to the competitive market.
if they simply reject (dun want ur money).... then just move to another telco. i dun see any contradicting.
Just few days ago, singtel broadband was knocking my door again.
add-on
When i was given/recontracted with $20+ plan, then i discovered this $15+ hidden link plan. U get what i mean?
i been singtel user for decades. lol

Thanks for sharing your experience / feedback.Just recontracted on older SOP plan, received the contract today after submitting yesterday, 01 JULY 2026.
Exactly, subcontracted sale staff only. You still don't understand...
Those knocking your door aren't who you think they are. You don't understand this as well...
Singtel user for decades... OK, congrats. But... most of us are.![]()

retracted? this plan existed since simba and eight been aggressive taking up the market. FYIAlready stated clearly don't go and WhatsApp, you the kind that spoil market and purposely go and bring this up.
Then when this offer gets retracted, everybody suffer together.
If want good deal, even if it's for family just wait. It's all through email, what's so difficult considering there's no verification needed at the point of submission?
Where's the point of inconvenience to begin with?
No, there's no confirmation. You signing up is a confirmation that you are looking to take up the offer, yes? So to answer your question, no "double confirm" required. Thanks for sharing your experience / feedback.
Just to check (because this is my first time doing this eform method), so Singtel just simply sms you that your application is approved and send the contract (.pdf file) to your stated email? Singtel will not call you to "double confirm" your order?
You do you then.retracted? this plan existed since simba and eight been aggressive taking up the market. FYI
Competitiveness forcing red to come out with this plan. FYI
This link was selectively sms to those existing users who are ending their contract.
This isn't good deal, just marketing way to retain their existing customers.
asking anot, retracting anot, rejecting anot.... end of the day, is up to the red boss/management decision. Not the users.
They won't call, don't worry. Just submit, once they approve, you'll get an email with the contract. So yes, make sure the info you submit is correct before sending over. Thanks for sharing your experience / feedback.

Did they extend contract date 12 months or 3 months only?Just recontracted on older SOP plan, received the contract today after submitting yesterday, 01 JULY 2026.
It is free, i literally just changed my sim card from 5G to 5G+ at no cost.when recontracting, they won't change sim card.
if switch 4g to 5g, then need new sim card.
The new sim card isn't free, need to pay 1.
Normally it's 12 months.Did they extend contract date 12 months or 3 months only?
Last time some only 3 mths

is free now. not ALWAYS. I PAID for my 5g sim card.It is free, i literally just changed my sim card from 5G to 5G+ at no cost.
4G to 5G+ (i.e. current singtel 5G) is also free, its stated on their website even, and confirmed by the staff when I happen to ask too.
Please dont mislead others with such certainty.
Good news! Upgrading to a 5G+ SIM card is FREE from now until 30 June 2026. Thereafter, the standard SIM card fees apply:
- $10.90 for an eSIM.
- $21.80 for a physical SIM card.
I am also facing some disconnection drops on my 5G recently with about 10 to 20secs of no signal at all especially when I am moving (first 10secs 5G symbol still shown at top of phone, next 10secs 5G symbol gone before appearing again).Same here, noticing more drops to 4G recently and doesn't load and needs "Airplane Mode".![]()
It was also free at least in May and June too, come on. Lol you are arguing for the sake of arguing.is free now. not ALWAYS.
Still using a 4G SIM card? Make the switch for FREE (U.P. $21.80) before 31 July 2026 to enjoy 5G+ connectivity and avoid SIM card change charges.
well, i paid for my sim card for sure.It was at least free in May and June too, come on. Lol you are arguing for the sake of arguing.
I know because I checked with Singrel directly. But whatever, cannot be bothered to argue with you on facts.
