It's in the contract. Back to original price for SIM Only. Need to pay for Caller-ID etc.

You will be reverted to the base plan and you need to pay the Caller ID and 5G-access. You have to check with your contract.

Basically it does not make sense to not to recontract in this case. As mentioned, the S$20-ish plan has been there for quite some time (at least since 2019). And often Singtel will send you recontract SMS offer as well if you are using Singtel SIM Only Plan. If you do not get the SMS offer, you can still click the offer link and you will still get the offer.

I have just did a quick check for two of the popular offers and both will become very bad after 12 months of contract.

1. S$15.28 offer plan --> the base plan is only with 40GB data and nothing else. The price after 12 month will be very high at S$30.56 + S$5.45 + S$5.09= S$41.10 per month and you only get 40GB data and nothing else.

guys, any idea if we are able to request change of sim card after recontracting to the $15.28 plan?

cause I'm still on the old sim card since combo 1 era...

Ya, ST after one year will revert to OG price e.g. $45/mth with reduced data, caller ID payments etc.
So need to keep a lookout when nearing end of contract.

Lol my application kena rejected. Too bad, need to pay 5 dollars more every month until next Jan. But ok la they transitioned me from combo plan to sim only even though I only 23 mths

You still on earlier 12 months contract. Unlikely will change your plan.

In recent times, telco CIS contract for phones like S25U etc not attractive. The phone price and plans add up quite ex. Can save $500 by getting sim only and buy phone from Samsung direct.

better than me sign up for the $32 plan during roadshow right before the trial came out thinking it was a good deal.. those who can convert from the trial plan most worth it

submitted the form via the link yesterday, received the service agreement from singtel just now.

current contract ends on 25th Feb, new contract will start on 12th Feb.
