Hi all,

For those who have the Priority 5G eSIM trial plan,

Can I confirm that you can just ignore the priority plan charges in the Singtel bill that have been generated for the upcoming month (i.e. in advance)?

The 5G trial plan will also automatically just terminate at the end of 2 months from Singtel's end correct? No need for the customer to do anything if customer's intention is not to continue, yes?

regarding the plan auto ending, as per the few bros above u, theirs got cut off between 62th and 64th days. if yrs havent got cut off, probably u can request termination via the mysingtel app.

regarding the charges, i am not sure wat is yr bill cycle, for mine personally, i got charged in my Aug bill, and i have already paid for it, i will wait for my sep bill to see whether singtel will will refund me back not...

yeah, it was generated in my aug bill together with my sop 30 plan, and my aug bill due date was around mid sep.
it was an additional day of charge only

I remember reading the T&C for the 5G+ Priority is that no matter what you do, Singtel will automatically terminate after 60 days. Even if you want to keep the number, you cannot.

This is true (regarding the part of automatic termination), especially if you see the images I uploaded above.

Not sure why Singtel now seems to require the customer to manually self-terminate the free trial, according to some bros here. Chut pattern?

Edit: Note however that you can actually choose to keep the free trial number, if you decide to continue. Singtel gives you 3 options if you want to continue. See screenshot below.

In a way yes but need to confirm maybe on the QCI part, otherwise it is placebo effect.

I tend to believe there are no differences between "5G+" in the S$15.28 per month SingTel SIM Only Plus plan (recontract offer) and "5G+ Enhanced" in the Enhanced Lite/Core plan.

The 5G+ priority plans do provide more perks, whether they are worth the extra money or not is another story.

Personal opinion.

No priority difference for 5G+ and 5G+ Enhanced.

5G+ Priority yes. Tested at NDP.

5G+ Enhanced, Singtel claims that you get 2x more speed over 5G+. And that's about it. From personal experience when I was on the Enhanced, I do not see the speed boost over 5G+ either.

I second this, there is clear and obvious difference (to end user) between Priority and Enhanced.

My main line is now on Enhanced, while I previously had another line on Priority trial.
There is very obvious difference in crowded places and/or underground (e.g. MRT tunnels).
