I think the issue here arises because you're an existing Singtel subscriber, so the free trial cost gets dumped into your monthly combined bills. Non Singtel customers on the trial can just use it to the end and let it auto terminate, ignoring any bills that are issued since it will all be zero-ed later.

answer is in their FAQ.

"9. What happens at the end of the 60 days?

Rest assured; this FREE 5G+ Priority experience will automatically come to an end after 60 days.

This includes any add-ons and plan benefits you may have activated during your trial, like Disney+ Premium.

Fret not as you will continue to enjoy the 1-year premium subscription to popular GenAI tool, Perplexity Pro. "
Was browsing when I found this post from July about the 60-day 5G+ Priority auto-termination.

Yes.
All trial service, at the end of the trial period, customers must self cancel the service should the customer not want to continue with the service. Otherwise, Singtel will bill you the regular price of the service in your monthly billing, subject to pro-ratings for the month, once the trial period has lapsed.

During the free trial, there will be no charges incurred. Charges will be incurred, based on pro-rating, once the trial period has lapsed and customer did not call in via hotline to terminate or self terminate using Singtel app.
How do you self terminate the service on the SingTel app? I can’t seem to find it. 😅
