But Zym Facebook page has an update at about 6:20pm.

As usual, singtel users will keep quiet if there is a disruption, to maintain image. When M1, SH or simba goes down, while internet attacking them. Later their glass heart will shatter if hear singtel network down

Haha bo connection how to feedback? I don't want to use company laptop/network to come in here. From 4+ till 6+, lau pat sat area have issues.

I was using my spare phone with $15 Singtel line from around 5 to 5.30pm, communicating with a Singtel user. Guess we're not one of those affected.

BTW, probably not related, looks like Cloudflare is having some issues. I had brief problem to access DownDetector due to problems with the domain "challenges.cloudflare.com".

wah, was at work, dun have access to wifi... noticed at around 4+pm my volte icon missing, 5G icon keep connecting and disconnecting, couldnt surf web and send Whatsapp msg...

tried to force my phone to 4G, slightly better, could surf web etc, but volte icon still missing...

as of just now 8.40 pm, am still experiencing 5G connecting disconnecting, but volte icon is there...

I encountered intermittent connection last week when trying to pay for my food although signal bar full strength and 5G still show.

Today, it was down for multiple hours and still not fully recovered. I doubt the toggle airplane mode will helps.

Just try it to see if that helps.

Reboot first to see if can recover or not.

Not so sure if the users here are impacted or not.

Yeah earlier 12 plus was tethering my phone to work laptop then suddenly couldn't surf net properly. Kept cussing at my work laptop environment thinking IT meddling again until I switched my phone line to use eight.

This is the kind of downtime situation that having a redundancy line of different MNO network worth paying that extra $6 for.

Yeah, this is good suggestion so easier to check if really down or isolated to user device.

lol i tot is i downgraded from 55 bucks plan to 15.28 plan ,

STM wan make me regret then remove my 5G and VoLTE

so it is not me only lah ....
