Looks like it is location dependant. It may also be phone dependant (not sure).
I now believe it is just a banner or tagline for the network. For iPhone with 5G on and 5G Standalone enabled, but in a location where it automatically changes to 4G, it still shows Singtel 5G+|Enhanced Network. Priority Access. Very likely nothing to do with actual speed like Enhanced 2X or Priority 4X.

I do not even see such tag lines for my wife's iPhone 14 512GB using and SingTel S$15.28 plan.

I only see SingTel 5G, SingTel 4G, StarHub 5G, StarHub 4G, M1 5G and M1 4G, etc, for the mobile network selection.

No such tag line for my Poco X7 Pro either with SingTel S$15.28 line.

Same. Dont see any of such tagline for my iPhone 14PM regardless of whatever settings I make.

I'm very interest to know if Priority 4X subscribers see the same thing? Or they see "...Priority Network..."?

when i manually "choose network" instead of "automatically select network", i see both 4g and 5g network with the name "Singtel 5g+ | enhanced network. priority access." on my pixel 8. however on top right, it will only show 5G.

we had a couple of auto-renewal reports a couple of pages back? and then a bunch of us with rejected renewal? My plan ends in 2 days, will know soon
as expected it become a 160GB plan now. the 15.28 link 250GB was rejected today as well. not in need for MY roaming so probably let it be for now.

Also saw that the extension and the 120GB extra in the bill (left hand side) since they changed the plan 2 months back. so no need to get a new service agreement to check

No, both free caller ID and 5G access got extended to August 2028 in this case, when extra data was added in August 2026 by SingTel (without informing the user).

If you have not got the free extra data (120GB or 300 GB) in August, then that is another story.

Is there the $15 recon sim for Singtel still?

Yes, but most of us who tried to recontract from the existing S$15.28 plan got rejected. You can read the last few pages of this thread.

Only a few users got approved.

I remember you are using the S$19.25 5G+ Enhanced Lite SIM Only plan, you should be able to recontract to that plan. If got rejected you can call 1688 and most likely they will accept.

Same for those who want to upgrade from S$15.28 pan to the S$19.25 5G+ Enhanced Lite plan. If you got rejected you can call 1688 and most likely they will accept.

thanks. very weird. i call in they say my contract (currently cis sim at $19) expire 1 nov, if i recon the 15.28 now, have to pay early recon fee of $23.
so its apparently still can. but i thought 18 months can recon liao?

Interesting.

If you are using SIM Only, your contract is 12 month, keeping to the same plan or upgrading to a higher plan you can usually carry out recontract one month or two months earlier than contract end date.

Downgrade to the S$15.28 plan -- you will need to finish 12 month contract. That is what Singtel usually says, but you can always try to negotiate with them. Usually they will allow you to recontract at the 12th month.

Even before the recent rejection of the S$15.28 plan recontract, previously most of the Singtel mobile users who want to downgrade from S$19.25 Enhanced Lite plan (12 month contract) to S$15.28 plan (12 months contract) got rejected. But you can always try your luck.

If you have a 24 month contract (with device subsidy), then there is a recent report of success to recontract to the S$15.28 plan, but you will usually need to finish your contract or at your last month of contract.

Thanks!! mine dont have. I was googling.. i suspect it could be a case that my sim card is not a 5G+ sim card.

Unlikely.

If you can see 5G, then you have a 5G+ SIM Card. You will not have access to 5G SA if you are still using a 4G SIM Card as Singtel shut down 5G NSA network on 30 June 2026.

I think it is phone and location related. My wife's iPhone 14 does not see this here in Jurong West.

ya i just took out my physical sim card and it says "5G sim". My family members phones generally show just "SingTel 5G" and not 5G+. Will take note when i go other place. Thanks!

sagu clarifies that for iPhone users, the “Singtel 5G+ Enhanced Network Prority Access” is only visible on the control panel page and under Settings — Mobile Service, it is not visible on the page you have before & after unlocking your iPhone
