Deliver to your office address. That's what I did.

And BTW that's standard practice. I guess you screwed up. However, you should still be able to fill up some pre-authorization form.

Can’t call singtel hot line ?

Yes it's impossible to reach their customer service for gomo. However, other than the annoying charge on sign up practice, everything else works great once you get the SIM card. Note that I didn't port in and got a brand new number.

Note that there is no roaming and no iMessage activation.

Free incoming is included as well as free caller ID.

These are the so call virtual Telco. No hotline to call. Everything is email or chat support thru web. Cycles line no exception too. Almost like zero customer support.

I can't believe that SingTel will market a service that's incompatible with iMessage (given there are so many iPhone owners in SG)... seems like bad planning/testing on their part!

apparently GOMO is prepaid that's topped up by SingTel monthly. so it's pseudo-postpaid

Hi Bryson and cruizer_ph,

Thank you for voicing your concerns regarding iMessage for GOMO.

We wish to share that support for iMessage and FaceTime is now available for GOMO users.

We are currently working hard to improve GOMO for everyone, thank you for your patience and feedback.

Isn't gomo postpaid???
when you sign up for gomo, they charge you $20 on the spot, in order for you to use 20gb, 200min, 200sms for 30 days.. after 30 days, if your card payment fail, no service. if successful, another 30 days.

does that sound like postpaid to you? postpaid is use first then bill you later.. not the other way round.

Another question, is GOMO considered a prepaid or post paid, some users asked. It is because if in future we wanted to port out to other retailer, we are not able to do so as the number is prepaid.

Please verify if its prepaid. From what I see, gomo works just like postpaid.
