Anyone know why i cannot call to a particular TPG/SIMBA number? Whatsapp call can go through only.
My son just changed to an iphone14. I cannot call through. Is there any settings to be done on the phone itself?
Still unable to?

Enable VoLTE or install Simba Voice app

Try rebooting your phone.
Already rebooted the phone, still no signal for both sim card. Try using one sim card at a time also the same. Yesterday both m1 prepaid and tpg got signal but today both do not have. I thought if porting not successful, both will still have signal. Do not know what to do now. First time encounter this.

Check the APN. For Simba, it should be TPG. Check M1 APN online as I don't use M1.

Just port in to Simba. I cannot find recurring payment in its apps by credit card. It only allows me to do manual top-up to its account. Is it the case for everyone? If so, roughly when to top-up the account? Will I receive a notification when the bill is due?

Any1 tried to change of plan for Simba?

If U do it on yr 25 day of your current plan via online etc, it will activate instantly n deduct new plan $ too?
So the $$ for 26 to 30 day of your current plan will be forfeited?

What is the best method for change of plan without losing any $ ? Port out then port in ??

Other telcos also like Simba for change of plan ??
