i can't get otp (and call out) in zhengzhou. in shenzhen i could still call out to SG without using tpg app. funny in both cities data works

simba 100gb $10 plan is totally useless in jb city sq mall area, and ksl etc. totally no data signal.

anyone else face same issue? my hp area auto set access pt to TPG. rebooted a few times still same, went to jb 2-3 times try still cannot

Is this a common SIMBA issue in JB? From JB customs area to City square mall no data signal. Exactly same problem. My Singtel hp no prob.

no, it was my mistake. both occassions my hp location service was off. i always switched them off to prevent google tracking.

Haha... i have it always on so that my family knows where i am all the time. It does not make sense to turn it off unless one is a big shot or has dark secrets.

When overseas, and we make calls to a sg mobile nos .. should our nos be reflected on the other party's phone?

So far I tried in MY using volte phone (not Simba voice).. always don't reflect caller ID

Just checking. in Germany with Iphone & Simba.
Roaming Data works 4G/5G.
But VoLTE is not working.
Not able to activate.

Under Network Provider Services does not show APN, instead is showing Orange France Services.

Wi-Fi Calling is also OFF, not able to activate.

same in zhengzhou with google pixel 7 pro data funnily works, volte on china telecom (only can select that) doesn't work and otp and calls doesn't work, e-mail back and forth one month
wi-fi calling can on but don't know how to work it

So data works on 4G, just that you can't make/receive voice calls?

My sim card suddenly requires PUK code.
Simva website says login to Account on Web to retrieve but I've never registered my sim with an account online before.

Any idea how I can get my account registered ?

today in zhengzhou i happen to connect to wi-fi then otp came in because been trying not today to log into voice app
the top of the phone shows simba wi-fi calling! i could then use native phone dialer to call Sg finally. but other wi-fi don't work
