faq says i can use china mobile and china unicom, but i see them as: forbidden

SIM PUK is off by default.....
When you want to lock it, think you need to add your own password.

Was using local prepaid SIM in Germany for my trips prior COVID.
First thing for me is to remove the PUK SIM lock, as it's default locked.
PUK pass is on the SIM card holder when purchased.

same in zhengzhou with google pixel 7 pro data funnily works, volte on china telecom (only can select that) doesn't work and otp and calls doesn't work, e-mail back and forth one month
wi-fi calling can on but don't know how to work it
