go to the sound settings and there are options to tick/untick Dial pad touch tones/touch sounds, etc.

and latest firmware update is "Firmware Version : 4.1.2 - Build Number : 10.1.A.1.434" copied from above

oh for that you have go to your keyboard settings. eg I go to the general settings for my xperia chinese kb, there's a "Sound on keypress" option.

Noticed about 5 stuck pixel, white coloured during boot up. Normal usage, it is ok.

Anyone have problem with the charging flap when you close it tightly it slowly open up still close but not very tightly closed...?

I have compare the charging flap and the SD card flap (which i seldom open) the charging flap seems to be more protruding due frequent open and close not as flush... what happened if i wash it the flap not tight enough?

experienced it on my Xperia V before

why u never buy the dock to charge?


u now have the below options,

1.close and press hard with all your eat-milk-strength and hope it stay permenently flush and tight
then faster go buy a charging dock dk26 and never ever open it again so often ever after

2. go to sony request they replace it for u with a cost, perhaps approx 50++ or even higher since its xperia z not xperia v
then faster go buy a charging dock dk26 and never ever open it again so often ever after

3. still go buy the charging dock



as for yur question what will happen if u wash the phone without flap close tightly, your water resistant capability may likely be compromised.

i do have a dock at home which i use at night, at office i use normal charging through the USB flap and that's why

if the flap really get loose or spoilt i guess there's no choice but to get it service at a cost?

Just to share with you guys in case anyone wants to mirror their phone onto their TV:

I bought a MHL cable from this guy in HWZ

now I can mirror my phone off my TV via usb port to HDMI cable

quite fun.

can play my Real Racing 3 on my tv. watch movies, listen to music on my home ent system, videos, surf net, facebook etc etc....

it also has a USB cable at the other end to plug into your TV so that you can charge your hp at the same time if you want

Agree, Jimmy should post it and let the rest know how thin is the glass on our Xperia Z and the design of the build, that explains why we can feel the heat on the rear of the phone when we play games.

The motherboard of XZ is the simplest. It not only simple but create a beauty.

The metal piece with yellow tape is where it get hot. Sony using the new technology so call sticker underneath the metal to reduce all the heat and control the power of the processor so it will not get spoilt so easily. Ie blackout cannot on etc

Just got a black set yesterday, I enjoy using this phone, previously I used Samsung S2 then back to iPhone 4S. Battery is now 49% after 8h 30m usage, mostly WhatsApp, LINE, and listening to music, not so bad.

Can I know how to update my songs with album cover? I copied songs from iTunes library, they have album cover but it's not showing in Walkman app.

And, how much is Sony dock DK26? reading few pages back, some suggested to get the dock to avoid loose flaps.
