I also disgree lor. If brand image is about increasing its price to make it look branded, then this company is hopeless le...

Sony merely shoot themselves in the foot badly. What is there for them to lose in long term if customers are buying it at slightly below RP? It only show that they are sucking blood quietly (and happily) but doesn't want to share the pie with others. Imagine if price hits say below $800 and more ppl start buying, it will also create a craze of ppl getting it and from there Sony builds a bigger share of the market.

I don't care what branding strategy they have. Punish the shops, not the consumer who buy it legitimately. Do I have to check with Sony if Major retailers have sales below rrp if at that price have valid warranty. No they have to honour the warranty.they are also not above the lemon law. No clause they put can override the law. Know your rights.

LOL why dont they do like apple then? Total control of retail price, second hand price then dun care...

Even a firm as obsessed about "brand image" and control of its supply chain as Apple also don't dictate how much those mobile shops should sell their phones lo~ Plenty of shops already selling below RRP and you don't see Apple rejecting those iPhones for servicing nor is there any adverse effect on their "brand image"~

u can. Lemon law on case website.
No co. can override the law. eg 6range receipt have no exchange refund in their receipt. It's not valid in the eyes of the law if claim is valid.
They can con simpletons who doesn't know their rights to lemon law.

My new Xperia Z heats up very easily after using for less than 30minutes. How can I reduce the heat? ><

It's not the same as Apps to SD. You can only move videos, music or photos using that option, not apps data.

Talking about this, i received notifications on and off saying my internal is full but then there's nothing to move to SD..full of bugs!!

My gut feeling is 4.2 won't be out so soon as there are so many issues to fix.

I actually think it's more 6Range group causing the problems. They are the company doing the servicing.
I think it's a bad move having the same company who's selling the phones and doing the servicing. Conflict of interests...
