Me too. After many tried also same.

Finally, found a solution: Settings --> Language & Input --> Xperia Chinese keyboard --> Voice input --> Select Off

By uncheck Google voice typing will not solve the problem.

kind enough to recommend a good keyboard that supports eng and chinese typing? prefer one similar to s3 where you can toggle between eng and chinese with one button

if u dun like the xperia chinese which allows u to toggle, u can try smart keyboard too

Inside Xperia Chinese keyboard settings, Did u see General settings? It is just below English text input settings.
You will see Voice input and make sure it is Off.

What do you mean? The scratch is on the phone or SP?

Check your apps which are usual culprits
I have 100+ app installed n all are original apps ( free n paid)

Battery Doctor (Battery Saver)

This app always cause my xperia z to go into deep sleep every morning and I have to press power + up volume button to boot. Uninstall it and everything is back to normal liao.

I can't turn on portable wifi hotspot. It seems to conflict with turning on wifi which then tries to search for open networks but all I want to is to make my lte network open for others
