Check with all. My repair status is finally "ready" today since sending in for repairs on 7 Sep...
Ask you all. When should I be able to collect it from wisma outlet? That's where I went previously. Because I may not have phone access whole of tomorrow, and I scare I miss their call. I am already pretty pissed waiting this long...

hey, after applying some privacy screen protector, the left side of my screen along the edge is not sensitive anymore.

Could i be the privacy protector or just my screen? Cant really peel out the protector as i just applied it :(

Most likely SP lor. If after you paste SP than have this problem.

Finally received the sms and collected my Z. The repair report says its my batter spoiled. So they changed the battery and the minor parts together with the battery.
But strange how did the batter spoil no how...

I send in my Xperia Z to change the camera lens due to black dot but they also change the battery for me out of courtesy so I find it is good.

I was hoping they can just exchange a new or replenished set lor, then I can have a mint set mah.:s13:

But I am just concerned how can the battery just suddenly no reason spoiled by itself. If only they can narrow down what I did wrong then I can take note to avoid whatever that is...

I sent in my phone last Saturday (21 Sep) and till now still 'NOT READY'.

Wonder how long it's going to take... their turn-around time is really bad. I remember for Nokia after-sales service, I used to get back the phone by the next day (even during weekends).

Sigh...

I sent mine in on 5 Sep, received only yesterday. So you can estimate how efficient they are...
