Hi Guys.
Pretty satisfied with Sony Service Centre @ Bishan today.
Sent my phone for repair yesterday and they called me up this noon and told me my phone was ready for collection.

My Xperia Z got water damaged and caused the volume down button to jam , forcing into safe mode and water under the screen.

Didn't have to pay for any charges. Everything was free.
They changed almost everything except motherboard i guess.
The flaps , battery , screen , and the whole casing. Used to be scratches and dents at the corner but its gone when i received back my phone

I believe they have the means to test if the phone's waterproofing is compromised (with the flaps all properly closed) If so, giving a exchange or even refurbished phone really gains the confidence of customers. Good job wealthpoint holdings!

I just notice that if you off BRAVIA engine, the colour look more nature. Their skin tone won't look over saturated.

I doubt have, they require u to register within 14 days of purchase, cos u need to produce original invoice when send for servicing. Of course u can call their hotline and ask if they can help u do.

Yes, me too , very satisfied with the service centre at Bishan.
I sent my phone to service last Thursday due to unable to charge my Xperia Z phone and
they called me on Sunday to collect it. Today I went to collected my phone, they changed
MY mother board, battery , LCD screen , and the whole flaps and casing also the updated firmware, is now like a brand new phone to me, I am now charging my phone for 8 hrs before started to use as advised by them ...

No as told by Sony services centre when I sent my Xperia Z last week, but luckily I registered online and extended my warranty.

Does he have tons of messages? Maybe he can try using another SMS app to check if the problem persists.

I think we should give them more credit when it is due. Let them see that their actions actually improve ppl's trust towards not only the brand but the aftersales service. End of the day, more ppl buy and use =)

only wisma and junction 8. how long? that will depend if they got stock for the ready parts. if have, then will take less than 3 days. if don't have, then good luck...
