For me, only if <$1k psf then maybe maybe consider. Hospital is a big turn off.

Then again, impossible for Ola to be that low, because "developer must make money".

I think they will still finish selling though.

I think their sales may be pick up for coming weeks...there are always FOMO buyers to snap up units before potential cooling measures kick-in. Out of 3 ECs in the market, OLA is the only one that still has good-facing units. May be need to compete with Tampines Central EC also.

According to PropertySoul, early buyers of certain developments help subsidize developers so that they can sell the remaining units with some discounts.

Sure makes early buyers wonder whether the units they have chosen are part of the "lousier units" that the developer is giving discounts for.

And this happens after the start of year and CNY discounts.

By right the market should be so strong, so hot, and so bullish, that no discounts need to be given at all. Buy ECs always 100% earn based on history, so why need to give discounts? Never see people buy from HDB and HDB give discounts.

nope, if today dev increase price, do they ask the buyers to top up ? also no right..
