The 2BR living room so small, can only fit 2 seater sofa. The 3BR is big, i like the living room and master layout but anticipating the price to be quite high also.

Grab the cheaper units with comparable quantum to the older Skysuites@Anson, and should be fine. The “premium”, high floor sea-view units high chance of losing money

agree w this, avoid the high floor ones else lose money. I jus checked back in 2011 Altez high floor went as high as 2800psf! And these units end up lose money.

Anw, Avenue South Residence having a one price promo now for higher floor units!

Best to wait for resale if one really wants these shun-poon units. Some paper-hands may let go and close up the initial premium. Not saying that it is easy, but definitely less risky that way.

ASR peak units at 2.5k psf is no-go man. Yes there is GSW story, but that actual neighbourhood doesn’t justify the price unless they tear down the surrounding old HDBs

ASR $2000psf I also think no go... $2500psf really? Can get Irwell Hill or Midtown Modern liao, no need wait for the GSW.

The GSW story is, enjoy while its still unblocked. LOL
Like few years ago Reflection units facing the golf course. Enjoy the greenery while it is still there at a premium price (but the view is really nice, went to do some house viewing recently). :LOL:

I suspect it will < 20 years story play. But once the PSA terminal clear out, selective land sale will take place to finance the whole area redevelopment. ;)

Wow the starting psf is attractive, think Eric quoted 27xxpsf for the one bedder if I recall correctly. But I wonder how many would be at this 22xxpsf..
