Sky Everton haven’t touch 3kpsf and it’s beside an upcoming cantonment mrt station too. Attributes are similar so don’t think Fuji Xerox worth 3Kpsf bah.

Fuji Xerox is almost the same distance to Prince Edward MRT, but located closer to amenities. Also, it will be a mixed development. GSW + FH story is the same.

Why can’t it be priced higher?

mmm, the GSW and FH story is also applicable to Sky Everton. The mixed development is a question mark whether it would be priced at a ~300psf premium to Sky Everton (which I guess it is consumers preference?)

3000psf is quite a milestone, and typically only for Orchard FH condos, and maybe the upcoming one at LÍäng Court due to USP in the projects.
