You surely do speak like an agent. Not that it is surprising. Agents love to present poor comparisons to gullible buyers. Like you say, I am sure they will make reference to the record land bid at Farrer Park district when selling a Tanjong Pagar condo.

Huh how is this view “decent” for 2.8-3k psf? Good chance of losing $ :s13: :s13:

Don’t forget the 2.2k psf launch pricing is starting from the low-floor units...

Nope, don’t get me wrong don’t think it’s worth 2.8k-3k maybe 2.6k max.. doubt it would be priced so high too?

Eon Shenton high floor sea view units were launched at 2.7k psf few years back :)

Confirm got 菜头 willing to absorb the premium units

That’s why I shared earlier, max is about 2.6k psf, how to reach 2.8k psf when all I see is buildings and Ports that have not been cleared..
