Wonder what’s the land price in per plot ratio terms. Competition in this area is pretty stiff. I thought One Bernam marketing was on par with Irwell and Midtown though. The publicity was plastered everywhere on social media, and see agents giving flyers last week in town.After the hype of Midtown and Irwell Hill, One Bernam marketing does seem more low profile.
Entry price for lower floor units seems quite reasonable; fit and finishes comparable to recent premium condos... but the 2+S and 3 rooms are large so quantum also not easy to digest. HY-MCC took a gamble here?
