It also depends on the size, thus far didn’t see the unit sizes for one north eden.

Which of the 3 sites and which facings are the best?

For me, units of one north eden and site in front of NTU Alumni facing the road is probably out.

One north eden units facing One North Residences and higher level than them should be very good?

For the site behind NTU alumni, facing park should be good?

There will be 2 more plot of lands catered for residential use. Perhaps this area is undergoing lots of changes in years to come. An opportunity perhaps?

Yeah even the main road isnt that busy right? I go there quite a bit for star vista..well first mover would allow you to buy a same size for lower quantum i guess
