Would it be gd to buy now and start collecting rental now? Unit bigger but CA will be lower even after ONE top..

Usually one wont buy 2 new launch and wait top right? Im already bought one project, wait top.. now staying on rental..

As a guide. Sinkies value new launch at 40% premium. So 1.4*1500 = 2100psf is fair.

Main concern of ONE is its a small apartment. Full fledged condo should be more popular i think

Wait for the GLS in front of NTU alumni. But thats just slightly bigger..

Not sure if there so much liquidity in the market and demand for properties in the west. I would think a lot of the liquidity would be soaked up by Midtown Modern and Clavon by the time this is launch, though ONE pricing and appeal should sit in the middle of those two projects.

Yes it’s better but that’s also where it’s priced at a premium (indicative 20xxpsf up?), and so I mention that it’s in the middle of Clavon and MTM. Facilities wise, I don’t think u would be short changed though..
