Saw draft site plan here

But my gripes for ONE are either face road or face ONR

Wait for the other 2 GLS sites' projects or just try for ONE first?

ya slim barracks rise and one north gateway are pretty quiet roads..
i would think the 2 other GLS sites are even noisier as they are on the main North buona vista road..

Just that this One north eden does not have an Eden feel to me.. i was hoping it to have more greenery type and the design not exactly very appealing type.

Yeah even the main road isnt that busy right? I go there quite a bit for star vista..well first mover would allow you to buy a same size for lower quantum i guess

The main road is busy. Used to work around the area

But anyway white site in front of ONE. Potentially be facing that site's building in future

So perhaps face one north gateway is best. Stacks 02 03 04

The other way is face ONR with blinds always drawn to block people from peeping in

The other 2 sites, 1 of them just beside main road. That will be noisy. But the one behind NTU alumni is good, will be quiet -- but at the same time smallest numbet of units

So my qn to all the experts here is, if would like to stay in One north, just keep trying (most likely balloting given how hot property is now and the small number of units) starting from ONE to tuer other 2 sites regardless of noise and privacy?

For ownstay choose the one u like most, not dependent on factors for investment.

Just try to grab ONE or the site on front of NTU Alumni regardless of noise and privacy, or wait for the ideal site behind NTU alumni but risk not getting a unit there due to small number of units?

Reason is simply its a good location. Is there any doubt its not?
I am considering it for fairfield primary school for my kids and that it's a fairly quiet and western central area..
If not for my kids, I would prefer to stay in town..

My personal opinion is buona vista is "central" enough. Very decent already

How is ONE compared to ONR? for investment.

targeting 1.5m two-bedder.

In ONR, can get at least 980 sqft, but only 6xx for ONE. Put myself in renter's shoes, I will prefer large size given the same rental price, especially ONR is well maintained (from outside, never enter the premise)

regarding facing, with confirmed building in the north and east in the future, and there's only around 40m+ away from ONR for tower 2, seems the only option left is tower 1 facing west

Yes, that's the North (white site) I have mentioned. So only stacks facing west are left.

Oh thought you meant construction noise for the upcoming 2 GLS

As for unblocked view and quiet and privacy, the prized units shd be facing ONR and levels 13 and above? Level 13 may be the void space of ONR penthouses. So lvl 14 to be safe. Ha easier said. If my ballot no. is first few i will go for lvl 14 facing ONR

Same sentiments but concerned about the slight west facing...
