Doesn’t seem to perform as well as Linq...
LOL, Linq.... I was shocked when it was almost sold out on the launch day. Went to the showroom and saw the layout.... CMI
Suspect the 1 bedder and 2 bedder is too small for display in the showroom. LOL

how was the reception at linq? how about vs other new launches? how did One North Eden do?
Sold out in one day technically w three units left and sold out by one week. But honestly it was unexpected to me at least.

the past few new launch had sold more than 50% during launch weekend and those were CCR projects too (Midtown and Irwell) which means higher psf and quantum.

Who is Spcs2020? I don't know him.
I believe its the obvious, Linq at that kind of pricing CMI. Priced more than a city fringe RCR unit. Its crazy.

Freehold vs leasehold condos – Which is the best choice?
Freehold vs leasehold condo(StackHomes)

I agree linq is pricy. But I congratulate the developer for coming up with the ultimate tagline, which generated plenty of hype.. “the only freehold integrated development in Singapore with direct access to mrt”..

Layout is poor.. noisy too.. only location is convenient..

Depends how you define "location is convenient". If you mean availability of transports means and to nearby polys and neighborhood amenities, the answer is Yes. But if you refer to CBD/City/Orchard/shopping belt areas, it isn't convenient at all. Travel time via mainly blue line train is 30 to 60 mins(depending on peak or off peak hour).

I am looking forward to study what's the rental and take up rate when the condo is ready.

it’s anyone guess.. I’m vested in the area.. but not linq.. dislike the layout and noise.

i also expected fully sold due to the units available and response during ballot. So somehow it fell short somewhere.

mainly one-north still more of investment than self-stay area.. so 4br are slightly harder to move..

Ultimately is still about quantum play. with that price for 4br, they have other choices elsewhere. but overall still a good result for the developer in my opinion.

I expected 55 to 65% sold over the launch weekend...

looks similar to MTM, Irwell launch weekend results...

none can match LINQ

FH has been worshipped like god.
surprise to see that it only happened in new launch and not so much in resale.
If FH means eternity, then shouldn’t one buy cheaper resale FH instead?

Recent got one FH also need to make way for Govt infrastructure development.
