Counter dispute b4 shopee approval. Since your 1 already approved by shopee, shouldn't be an issue.
just make sure u take video the parcel content and when u dropping off at popstation.... just double protection for yourself.

what phone u getting next?
Yes will definitely take video just in case. However my friend who was a shopee seller said sellers can also dispute after receiving the item back. I hope I won't kena that. But never know cuz both of us here already return 2 sets. Means they lose money.

I will go for gt neo 5. Very similar phone, actually I ordered that one but cancelled cuz I watched reviews that said ace 2 is better in certain areas like battery life and performance. Didn't expect this so now going back for my original choice. Unfortunately they both use the same screens (AMOLEDs), so the screen brightness on that phone probably isn't much better either. Guess I'm too used to Super/Fluid AMOLEDs, cuz the display on ace 2 can't really make it for me. But I'm going on holiday very soon so will need a new phone quick. Otherwise I will probably wait for a sweeter deal on future phones. Luckily, gt neo 5 is even cheaper than ace 2, so I can see myself living the decision to buy even if I end up not being too satisfied with the phone.

How bout u? Going for local sets now?

Your set reached? Nv unbox straight return?
I have tested and encountered similar issues as those mentioned by wongminmin. The display quality is also a minus point for me. I expected a better display for the price I paid (760 with voucher). So I will settle for GT neo 5 once I return this phone. Both almost identical specs but gt neo 5 is a whole price point lower.

yes, they need check first then accept/reject.
If reject, shopee will side buyers most of the time.
They don't lose money, they just reseal and sell to other victim....oops...i mean another customer

maybe this is the reason why newer china set are region locked.

According to serial leaker Max Jambor, BBK’s two most well-known brands are exiting the European market for good, with the first markets being Germany, France, the UK and the Netherlands. This would mark a serious dent into their global ambitions and could spark a wider withdrawal from international markets.

While OnePlus’ response was practically absolute, Oppo’s was somewhat more ambiguous. It did not deny that it will not be exiting the UK market, and it also did not discount the possibility of the brand leaving the Continent after 2023. For his part, Jambor has since clarified that brands will only be leaving the four countries listed, instead of all of Europe.

Of course, a decision to leave Europe isn’t an indication that the Oppo and OnePlus will be discontinuing all global sales. But the continent is still a big market, and such a move could have drastic consequences further down the line. Would you be sad to see these two brands disappear internationally?

Oh ya, forgot about this app. Manual update will wipe out data or not? This app does fresh install of the firmware or merely update it?
Wont

Manual update is do via the software update menu by tapping top right corner and select "local install"

The app just download the firmware only. Update wise have to do via the software update menu
