Oh okay I was referring to SRP pricing.
But honestly, I think magic 7 pro updates won't be regular like oneplus. You see many magic 6 pro users complaining updates slows down once a new model comes out. Like one update every 2 or 3 months. So if you can live with that, I guess it's okay. For me, I feel updates should be regular with alot of security breaches in today's world. I won't compromise on that given I have authenticators and banking apps on my phone. I need to have a peace of mind knowing I'm not vulnerable to all these sorts of nonsense.
Yah, I heard update policy sucks. At this point, both very similar. I just sold my vivo x200 pro, that os was really bad. Honor magic 7 Pro at least can try out in stores, went down to mister mobile but they only had dummy set for me to try.

If OP13 can do shopee/lazada flash deal, shop voucher, platform voucher and freebies bringing it down to $1000s then it will be a very good buy for 16/516 and most phones usually do 1/4 to 1/3 off by Oct-Nov

$1299 is a decent starting point for 13 (OP11>OP12 was $999> $1399 lol )
I've seen the OP12 went as low as about $800 after discount for local set 16gb 512gb during the 11:11/Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales period last year. was tempted but then coz of curved screen, i didn't get it.

Definitely OxygenOS. Magic 7 Pro is a very nice phone but software feels like an afterthought with the global roms. OxygenOS seems much cleaner and a more sophisticated version of Google OS while having minimal bloat. I still love OneUI but there is so much duplication of apps and services that unnecessarily takes up battery and resources.

Hardware wise Magic 7 Pro is good but remember it's only a 1080p panel. I think the OP13 is much better for screen but cameras are better on Magic 7 Pro. But better for camera's could be subjective because it's also using AI for shots which could also alter the true nature of the images.
I almost wants to gives a thumb up until I read OneUI.

If you think the OS on Vivo is bad, the Magic 7 won't be any better. I tried out the Magic 7 Pro at Challenger Vivocity if anyone wants to try it out. It definitely feels more premium than FindX 8 Pro. But even FindX OS is not that much different either. They all have a 'general' look among all of them meaning Magic 7 Pro, FindX 8 Pro and Vivo X200 Pro. It's a shame cause the hardware like Magic 7 Pro is actually very well built.

Agreed. Just go 16gb 512gb if can afford. Just 100 more... 100 cant get you alot nowadays

They refused to move out from their obiang OS design.... Looks very uncle. I cannot. No idea why they refused to redesign their icons and looks of the entire OS
Indeed, MagicOS has too many legacy code from Huawei. I guess.

The main issue with funtouch is the ads. Everytime you install an app you get this virus scanner app pop up with apps that they are promoting, very ugly. And the fact that you can't disable it. Then got bugs in the os like weather widget suddenly cannot work, icon missing graphics. For Flagship device, no excuse. Oxygen at least don't have these issues

I actually think NothingOS is better than ColorOS. I have the Nothing Phone 2A+ and it actually feels very close to Pixel UI with some trademark Nothingness. I actually even like it over OneUI but it's not as punchy and vibrant as an UI over others. It works, it's snappy af and very well optimized resources speaking.

It shld be inside bluetooth - your buds 3 - earbud functions - firmware update, no?
I keep getting Update Failed errors. Have tried it on another device as well as removing the buds from the case and also tried re-pairing it.
