Yeah man, me also pixel 9 pro user here. It is really good pixel this time, not like the 8 or 7 and before.
I also using S24 Ultra at the side.
The earliest OnePlus I used is Oneplus One back in 2014, then OnePlus 3T and then OnePlus 7.
Same used 3 OnePlus phones before jumping to Samsung then pixels.

Been using OnePlus since 2 but skipped their T series coz half yearly upgrades are pointless. In the middle I have also used S21Ultra Nubia Z60 Ultra Redmagic 8Pro Poco F6 Realme GT2 Pro Realme GT7 Pro Oppo Find N3 Mi Mix Mi5s Nexus 6 6P Pixel 7 Pro

but the phone I keep going back to is OnePlus, for 2 main reasons being their OS and the hardware toggle switch

Shopee CNY sales starting 14 Jan 8pm. $120 off 1k. $88 off 800 DBS instalment plan. Help boost OP sales here. Lol

I think I will go for 13R.

The 100W charger is dual port (A+C) or only USB-A port?
$120 can stack with $88 ah?

Market size won't matter if they just do what xiaomi/poco online store do and just ship from Shenzhen/HK warehouse to keep prices down
Maybe whoever has the OnePlus distro contract paid well to keep it the way it is right now

Poco's X7 Pro early bird launched 8/256 as low as $351, 12/512 $401
And that's even doable with Redmi Turbo 4 being priced at ¥1999 (~370SGD)

why are u comparing xiaomi/poco with OnePlus?

do u know how shat is their HyperOS?

and also why are u comparing a mid-low range phone with a flagship that has a SD elite 8?

:s13: this made my day

I think he is mentioning OnePlus can sell just purely online method, lowering operating cost as the warehouse is in HK etc.

But sorry, i dont want that. I want OnePlus to have their presence in Singapore. For me, the pricing of their phone now aint too far off the china srp. Yes there is still that 200+ dollars difference, but still, it is acceptable for me. Even with the 9 percent gst factored in, it is just a 100+ mark up, and with the 2 years warranty it is offering, i dont see a reason why there are still complaints this year.

I am not siding OnePlus or whatsoever. But i do not see such comments on Honor Magic 7 pro thread, as the srp is also marked up when it comes global. Why is everyone targetting OnePlus as of now?

Please la, like i mentioned, compared to Samsung, what can you get with a 1.2k budget? At most a S25 (not the plus or ultra). Yet there are still people complaining samsung can give 138 dollar off, disregarding the SRP they priced their phones at :s22: So everyone prefer OP13 priced at 1600, then they give a 388 off? :s13:

If OP13 can do shopee/lazada flash deal, shop voucher, platform voucher and freebies bringing it down to $1000s then it will be a very good buy for 16/516 and most phones usually do 1/4 to 1/3 off by Oct-Nov

$1299 is a decent starting point for 13 (OP11>OP12 was $999> $1399 lol )

For sure pricing will be lower, same as other phones later in the year. Now is still early for massive discounts on a sd8 elite phone

For freebies wise, will only be during preorder though.

Thats coz u all dunno where to go to buy, though not that alot of places sell them too. I usually just buy them online, like for op13 i alr bought the case since last year coz i know i will definitely buy it.
And this is the exact thing keyoke said, singaporeans in general only know iphones and samsungs. If u actually run a physical shop as a boss/purchaser u will definitely not take in or stock up on brands like Oneplus. I prob will sell 100 iphone cases, 50 samsung cases b4 probably even 1 person asks about oneplus.

Those that understand chinese, taobao is the best source. Those that doesn't, lazada and shopee sells simiar stuffs, just pricing slightly higher than taobao.
